Returns & Refunds
All Amber Boutique items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
If willing to do so, send us an email at info@amberboutique.com, indicating the number of your order, the name of the item(s) you want to return and the return reason for each item.
Please make sure that your return package includes:
- Return item, which must be unworn, unused, and in original perfect condition;
- Original packaging: box, certificates, tags attached (if provided) or any other packaging material.
The cost of return shipping and postage loss of any items returned to Amber Boutique is your responsibility. We strongly advise to use a delivery service that provides postage insurance.
Free of charge, lifetime guarantee for all faulty items!
If the item you received turns out to be faulty due to manufacturer’s fault, Amber Boutique will replace it free of charge or will provide with a full refund. In this case, Amber Boutique will cover return shipping fees too.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase – credit card or PayPal Credit account.
Your return will be accepted within 10 working days from the delivery date at Amber Boutique warehouse.
