ORDERING GOODS ONLINE

You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering Goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.

When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us.

Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We must receive the payment in whole. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.

All the terms of Ordering Goods Online shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

ORDERS

If the purchase was successful, you will always receive the order confirmation email.

All placed orders cannot be canceled. You can cancel your order within an hour of placing it by contacting us at info@amberboutique.net.

SHIPPING

Amber Boutique provides free standard worldwide shipping with a next business day dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery to EU countries*: 5 – 7 working days from shipment
  • Estimated worldwide delivery*: 10 – 14 working days from shipment

Fast worldwide delivery service is available for a fee. Total cost is being calculated based on delivering country at checkout. You can always track your fast delivery with a special code via UPS.

*These estimates do not account for delays caused by unexpected delivery service disruptions or force majeure events.

RETURNS

All Amber Boutique items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If willing to do so, send us an email at info@amberboutique.net, indicating the number of your order, the name of the item(s) you want to return and the return reason for each item.

Please make sure that your return package includes:

  • Return item, which must be unworn, unused, and in original perfect condition;
  • Original packaging: box, certificates, tags attached (if provided) or any other packaging material.

The cost of return shipping and postage loss of any items returned to Amber Boutique is your responsibility. We strongly advise to use a delivery service that provides postage insurance.

Free of charge, lifetime guarantee for all faulty items!

If the item you received turns out to be faulty due to manufacturer’s fault, Amber Boutique will replace it free of charge or will provide with a full refund. In this case, Amber Boutique will cover return shipping fees too.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase – credit card or PayPal Credit account.

Your return will be accepted within 10 working days from the delivery date at Amber Boutique warehouse.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
